FREE CHILD DEVELOPMENT SCREENING!
A free on-line child screening tool is now available for all parents and caregivers in Menominee County. The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) is a quick, practical way for you to get an idea of how your child is developing in several important areas.
- · Communication
- · Fine and Gross Motor
- · Problem Solving
- · Personal/Social/Emotional Well Being
The ASQ is designed to be filled out by you, the parent or caregiver. It takes just a few minutes to complete. We suggest that you print out the questionnaire and come back to re-enter the information once you have had time to try the activities with your child.
